When replacing the panel on an O'Tool Plus, you need to be careful and aware that you need to disassemble and reassemble the unit from the back. Not by unscrewing the screws from the front. It is an intricate stack of standoffs, washers, and boards. They should be removed one at a time from the back, taking careful note of the order. If it is reassembled without the appropriate fiber washers in the correct positions, you will damage the LCD.
(It might work to carefully hold the module horizontal while unscrewing the screws, switch the panel carefully and put back the screws without tilting it. But the above instructions is the safe and correct way.)
