YOUR ORDER
When you have placed your order and the payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail with the details about your order. I will pack and ship your products within 8 working days (if nothing else is noted). The order is carefully packed with sturdy materials.

Please contact me to get a discount code (to use when placing the extra order) that makes the shipping fee go away on the extra order.
If you place an extra order without asking for a discount code first, you will receive a voucher with the same value as the extra shipping to use on a later order.

Are there not enough panels in store of a specific type? Contact me and ask, sometimes I have more panels in deep storage than what is shown in the shop.
SHIPPING & SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Sweden. I will ship your order within 8 working days after it is placed.
(If you are in a rush and need your delivery to be shipped extra fast, please contact me and I'll try to get it sent extra quickly.)
Any deviation from the standard shipping time will be announced clearly on the store front page.
United States:
U.S. customs rules require all packages to be sent as Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) with Postnord. All mandatory U.S. tariffs and fees will therefore be calculated automatically by the system and added in the checkout, so that you will receive your package with no extra charges at the door.
*Free World Wide shipping is not available for orders to the United States and Russia.
The rest of the world:
All deliveries are sent with a tracking number (when possible), so you can follow your order world wide! All orders are shipped with Postnord.
The free shipping option for orders over €200 will be automatically calculated and available to select at checkout.

Outside EU, VAT is not included in the price. Customs and import tax/fees may apply.
Inside EU, VAT is included in the price. No import tax/fees.
Examples:
Orders within EU usually take 3-4 weekdays to reach the destination country border. After that the delivery time depends on your local postal service.
Orders to the US usually take 5-7 weekdays to reach the US border. After that the delivery time depends on US customs and USPS for delivery.
Orders to the UK usually take 3-4 weekdays to reach the UK border. After that the delivery time depends on UK customs and Royal Mail for delivery.
Orders to the Australia usually take 7-8 weekdays to reach the AU border. After that the delivery time depends on AU customs and your local postal service for delivery.
UNDELIVERABLE AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to not collect your package and it is automatically sent back to me as "Unclaimed", I will not resend it nor refund it. If you still want the product you will need to place an entirely new order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your package and it therefore is sent back to me as "Unable to deliver", I will not resend it nor refund it. If you still want the order you will need to make another payment for the second shipping (and if in the U.S., for the tariffs as well).
It is therefore very important that you check that the address you provided is correct in the order confirmation mail as soon as you get it! If something is off - contact me immediately for a correction of the address before the package gets shipped!
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you want to cancel an order, you will receive a voucher for the full amount to use for future orders in the store.
(If you insist on having money back instead of a voucher, all the transaction fees will be deducted from the repaid amount.)
PAYMENT
The transfer is secure and encrypted. You can pay with "Klarna pay direct", PayPal or most credit cards. You will receive a receipt by email after the purchase is done. Sometimes it can take a little while before it arrives, but get in touch if you have any questions!
RETURNS/FAULTY ITEM
If your product is damaged upon arrival or something similar - let me know directly, and I will make sure to resolve the issue as soon as I can. In other cases, the refund expires on opening the package.
If you regret your purchase and want to return your product, contact me by mail or form within 7 days from that you received the product. The product has to be in its original package and with no damages. The customer pays for return shipping (including customs fee & taxes back into Sweden, if applied). The product will be checked when arriving back, and refund will be done after the approval of the returned products condition. We do not refund the shipping cost.
Expect some bank days before your payment is returned to you.
If a panel you bought doesn’t fit your specific module version, contact us before making any modifications. Altering the panel yourself will void the possibility of a return, refund or new replacement panel.

PANEL MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING
The black panels are made from circuit board material aka FR4 with typically a black solder mask and a white print on top. The panel is 1.6mm thick with double solid layers of copper, so it is very sturdy.
Small imperfections like bubbles, or slight variations in glossiness and in the "intensity / blackness" of the black color on different panels is natural to this manufacturing method and should be expected. That said, I inspect every panel before packing to make sure it still holds a high standard.
Light pipe holes are difficult to get to the exact size for friction fit during manufacturing, however, a small bit of tape on the backside of your panel will hold the light pipes in place in those cases that the friction fit isn't accurate enough.
The silver panels are all made of 2mm anodized aluminium.
All our 1U panels are made for the Intellijel 1U format.
"THE THING I WANTED IS OUT OF STOCK OR GONE FROM THE STORE"
We constantly try to improve the panel designs and every new print run of a certain panel might have changes to the previous one.
Panels for discontinued and rare modules will likely have only one manufacturing run and they are after that discontinued. So if you see anything you want, grab it while it is available because it might never come back!
Old/discontinued designs will never be redone, so grab them while you can!
If you really want a panel that is discontinued - please contact me to report interest or fill in the "notify me"-form on the product page for that panel; if the demand is high enough for a new manufacturing run, it might come back.
VOIDING MODULE WARRANTY
By switching panels to a 3rd party panel (like ours) you will likely void the warranty of that module. Actually damaging your module is rare, but make sure you know what you are doing before disassembly. Please note that Mörk Modules is not responsible for any damage related to installation of the panels.
