B-Stock panels are sold as-is and can not be returned.
I do not take pictures of individual B-stock panels - if you are worried about the exact condition, you should choose A-stock panels instead.

B-stock does not include ornamental black replacement screws for those panels that have it as A-stock. (Functional screws needed for mounting are always included when necessary though.)
